At its March 19 business meeting, the Loveland Board of Education adopted a resolution to approve a contract for the option to purchase real estate in Clermont County. The adoption of the resolution does not indicate that land has been purchased, but is for the purpose of investigating whether approximately 110 acres of property are suitable to support a master plan that the board is anticipated to approve in April. The real estate is currently owned by the Grail, an Ohio nonprofit organization, and is part of the property known as Grailville, located on O’Bannonville Road, east of downtown Loveland.
