LOVELAND, Ohio — A new 9,000-square-foot Loveland Dollar Tree store is scheduled to open on June 18.
“Dollar Tree continues to grow and we are proud to be part of the Loveland community,” said Kayleigh M. Painter, Dollar Tree’s Investor and Media Relations Manager, in an email.

The new store will be in the strip mall near Receptions Banquet Center, The UPS Store and Honest-1 Auto Care on Loveland-Madeira Road, near Cottonwood Drive.
Loveland city officials are happy to have a new business opening in the community – especially during an economic downturn.
“We are always excited about new businesses in the city,” said City Manager David Kennedy said, in an email. “Dollar Tree represents new jobs for the community, which right now are especially important.”
Dollar Tree – which specializes in merchandise priced at a dollar or less with inventory changing frequently – expects to hire between 12 to 20 people, Painter said.
Little Miami River Chamber Alliace President Cee Cee Collins heralds the store’s opening.
“Happy to have a great new low budget, big chain store in Loveland,” she said, in an email. “They will be very resourceful for residents, schools and businesses at a great price. The convenience and larger selection will serve our area well. Welcome, Dollar Tree!”
Those interested in applying can visit the store personally or visit the company’s website, Painter said.
Dollar Tree is headquartered in Chesapeake, Va. and operates more than 15,300 stores – including Family Dollar, which was acquired in 2015 – in 48 states and parts of Canada.
