LexisNexis is a partner website that allows you to pay your Loveland utility bill online. By visiting the LexisNexis site you will be transported to an external website to pay your bill. A non-refundable processing fee of $2 or 3%, whichever is greater, will be applied.

Paying with Automatic Payments via ACH
Utility service customers may take advantage of automatic payment via ACH for utility payments. With this program, the balance of the monthly utility bill is automatically debited from a customer’s checking account each month for payment. It is free to sign up. You may sign up by visiting the customer service counter at City Hall. Be sure to have your banking information and a voided check. You may also sign up by downloading the Automatic Payments Authorization Form (PDF) and mailing it to the City of Loveland with a voided check.
Mayor’s Court Fines
Loveland Mayor’s Court accepts secure payments with a convenience fee online and by phone through nCourt Payment Services. The payer will need to know the payout amount in order to use the service. That and other needed information can be found on the citation and the accompanying payout information sheet. The website indicates the hours that phone payments can be made.
